Audit Trail
A chronological record of all actions taken on a document, including who signed, when they signed, from what IP address, and how their identity was verified.
An audit trail provides the legal evidence needed to prove that a document was signed by the stated parties. It typically includes timestamps, IP addresses, user agent strings, and verification methods.
Signbee includes an audit trail on every signing certificate page — SHA-256 hash, timestamps, IPs, and verification type for both parties.
